Do I need a gaming PC to use VR?
Not necessarily. Standalone headsets like the Protocol Vision One and Protocol Lite run on their own — no PC or console required. PC-VR headsets like the Protocol Apex deliver higher fidelity but need a compatible computer.
How do I know which headset fits my space?
Most headsets work in a small area (roughly 2×2 m) and also support seated play. Tell us your room size on the contact form and we'll recommend the right option and tracking setup.
Do you offer support after purchase?
Yes. We help with setup, comfort adjustments and troubleshooting, and we'll point you to the right warranty channel if a device develops a fault.
Is VR comfortable for first-time users?
For most people, yes — start with shorter sessions and choose lighter headsets such as the Protocol Lite. We're happy to suggest comfort accessories too.
